If you have actual ginger, like ground ginger, try adding some to the ginger ale. Most ginger ale, sadly, doesn't actually contain ginger, so while it helps, added ginger would help more.

If you can get your hands on some Gatorade or an electrolyte solution (like Pedialyte, even), that's a good thing, as it'll help keep you from getting dehydrated. If not, go for the ginger ale and salted crackers; it'll yield close to the same results.

If you're still vomiting after 24 hours, hie thee to a hospital. Your biggest danger is dehydration. You may need IV fluids. Also, they can probably hook you up with the Paxil if you can't get it elsewhere (and don't run out again!! Withdrawal royally sucks).

OdeSab. I feel your pain. I haven't been vomiting, but I have the queasiness going on, I do.
