But you seem very cool and nice, and unbelievably understanding with all of these people who swear they're friending you 'for you' and not for your connection with Elijah or Shox, when I'm sure you're smart enough to know that that's complete bullshit.

I wasn't going to comment myself until just now when I had an epiphany and suddenly understood where your LJ title and default icon come from! I just finished reading Holes to my daughter, and, what a cool book! I have not seen the film -- is it worth seeing?
