get me away from here, I'm dyin'

My neighbors moved out today, in an abrupt race to get away from some gang warfare on our block; it's pretty ugly.

They took the internet with them, so now I have no internet at home. Also still no car.

Kelly, my other neighbor, says she has seen coyotes all over our block this week. I haven't seen Hawkeye now in like two weeks. Everytime I think about it I start to cry. Whoops, there I go again. MY FURBYCAT! MY BOY! God. I miss him SO MUCH.

I have a new job with a pr firm! Which I can't GET to because she's in, like, ENCINO. I'm working on that right now. I'm still working for Tokyopop and am starting a new manga book shortly.

This is the first time in recallable history that I have had JOBS and not anything else! It's always been the other way around. I'm not sure which one's better.

So I am moving to Toronto this year if it kills me. I need to get a job before I move, so I can cross the border with a work visa. PLEASE, INTERNETS, help me out? Get me the hell out of LA?

I'm not going to buy another car here, or get a new apartment here (despite the gangs), and the jobs are horrible here, and I am SO OVER LA. GET ME OUT OF HERE.

And please tell the cosmos to be good to my Hawkeye? To make sure he's in a better place, and has all the catnip and chicken he needs...?

I gotta go home now. I won't have internet there. Call me, willya?

oh no. boycats run away a lot!, but usually not far. put up signs if you can, that has worked well for me in the past. my best bad cat ran off a half dozen times and usually I would find him just by walking around the neighborhood calling for him-- he would come running, all, thank god you're finally here. and esp. in coyote-filled neighborhoods, people are quick to take cats inside for their own good.

thinking all the best thoughts for you!
