The Betsy-Tacy books were the only historical fiction I ever loved. And oh, did I ever love them.

And good for you on the writing resolution. If you find yourself willing, you should also talk about it in your journal (at least in friends-only entries), because I think that sharing of ideas was one of the things that kept you buoyed in the olden days. I'm just saying.
