wednesday morning, 3 am: Omnibus

  • Songs to Wear Pants To is worth the trip. The "Reverse the Whole Thing" song is like Radiohead on more crack; "Rename Your Rabbit" is a wise and witty anthem, and you can seriously boogie to the one about burritos.
  • I got Atherton Wing/Ludo Bagman as an assignment through the Random Pairing Generator. Oddly, it almost works.
  • Also, I told [livejournal.com profile] theatrical_fen about this but forgot to tell any Actual People: years ago, scifi.com's Seeing Ear Theatre brought the rascally talents of Peter Jurasik and Andreas Katsulas together again for a radio play about slashy lemurs. Thank SR for that one.
  • Have you seen the geek chart?
  • From a link I found off the One-Stop Shopping Friends' List, I shimmied over to apply to become an Imaginary Girlfriend. You will all be shocked and dismayed to learn those freaks never wrote me back. What's wrong with *me*, I ask you?
  • And then, of course, LJ user [livejournal.com profile] runpunkrun made an alphabet soup of Smallville icons, for your nabbing and sharing pleasure. Tell, don't ask. Punk's cool that way.
  • I want strawberries.

Thus endeth my latest trawl across the Internet. Now! To further seduce [livejournal.com profile] mazily write G'Kar's next TM post.

I got Reyes/Krycek and one helluva plot bunny leaped into my head.

Heh. I had the same response to Bagman/Atherton Wing. They could meet at a party! Atherton would be charminly clumsy and misogynistic! Bagman would do magic! They'd have a fancy meal! Atherton would take Bagman to the polo grounds, and Bagman would insist on calling the plays!

*down, bunny, down, we have other things to do.*

That imaginary girlfriend thing is whacked. It might be fun, but who wants an imaginary girlfriend?

[identity profile] iamsab.livejournal.com 2004-04-21 12:27 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, exactly. But on the other hand, if someone wants to pay me to be an imaginary girlfriend, I'm all over that like white on rice.

Whatever that means. *g*

*tries out Centauri accent*

I'm as shocked and dismayed by this as you are, but there it is.*g*

Seducing? There is seducing going on? After all those tantrums about a little proposal? Pfff. You're lucky I'm channelling an open-minded Centauri, is all I'm saying.

Never! I should have been more clear in elucidating my thoughts, allow me to revise:

"...and then I will proceed to seduce [livejournal.com profile] mazily to join us in the t_m world in the capacity of one (1) Lyta Alexander, so that she may parlay with me and the deep and abiding love of my life, Selena Londo."

Better? *g*

Now! To do the update. Plus I e-mailed you.

[identity profile] selenak.livejournal.com 2004-04-21 01:35 pm (UTC)(link)
That's better.*g* Of course under these circumstances Ms [livejournal.com profile] mazily has to be wooed, wined and dined non-stop, as a Lyta would be most welcome.
