.tonight, before I go to sleep, I'd like to be on a doorstep with Jo, drinking german beer and smoking cigarettes in some strange foreign city.

'last night' makes me laugh. also, so. nothing bad ever happens to me. (lack of perspective people have of your charmed life?) today and tomorrow all that for you, and I'm wearing Hero's thing and looking both ways as I cross the street.
