Anyone want to teach me/help me learn Hebrew? I can teach you Spanish in return... or English; I dabble in that one too.

Todah rabah, &c...

I can't offer to help, since my grammar is atrocious and my vocabulary is way worse than it was 20 years ago, but if you find a group to learn with, I'd love to hear about it

Good luck!

I don't have any experience at teaching the language from scratch, beyond making flashcards and sole-handedly creating an American woman who can say any of the following sentences: "Put joy in your heart!" "happy [boy], happy [boy], joy[ous girl], joy[ous girl]!" and "peace and calm." (We're interesting people, what can I say.)

That said, I'm a native speaker and will be happy to try and help -- I have time limitations but enjoy this kind of thing tremendously. If what you're looking for first is common-usage words and basic sentences (even, er, more basic ones than the above), that I can definitely do; and beyond that, if you know what you want to know, I might well be able to help.
