From that page, I'm very partial to astolat's Maryland (http://www.squidge.org/housefanfiction/archive/0/maryland.html) and Synchronicity (http://sam-storyteller.livejournal.com/92215.html) by sam_storyteller. I'd be delighted to have additional House/Wilson rec sources.
Also, sorry I didn't comment earlier, but I really enjoyed HUGE EGO SORRY. I've read it a couple of times and am loath to close its browser window.
