anti-anxiety

I was doing so well. Went to my parents' house. Went up to my aunt's in CT for the holiday. Went to Shana's party, played a lousy game of pool. Home tonight, my first night alone. Stupid panic attacks, because then I read this:

I took an Ativan. I'll call the shrink AGAIN in the morning. I don't like this at all. I don't like this at all.
