Hopes and fears meme...

1. Rational Fear
Death. Or the death of anyone I know. Amended with the irrational decision not to die EVER, and for no one I love to die EVER, either.

2. Irrational Fear
People cutting themselves on TV. Like, especially when they're chopping food. You know, in the movie, where she's chopping carrots and then slips and cuts her finger. I can't watch people prepare food in movies without covering my eyes, just in case. Also anything where they accidentally stick their hands in a garbage disposal. Even as a joke. Especially as a joke. This happens more than you'd think, in sitcoms and so on.

I'm also not that great with watching people prepare food in real life. I'm the girl cringing in the corner of the kitchen saying "don't cut yourself!" Because I'm just THAT HELPFUL.

3. Rational Hope
That I keep this job and solve my sleep disorder. Is that rational?

4. Irrational Hope
That I keep this job and one day Ron Livingston shows up at the office and we run off together into the sunset.
