took two antibiotics for Anthrax. They smelled funny.

Watching the "Band of Brothers" marathon on HBO, and when Private Blithe looked up at the sky, at the clouds like that, I knew just what he was looking for. and I thought, and he thought, it's never gonna be just sky, just clouds like that again.

I've been watching it, too. I just wanted to scream at them as they went marching into the snow and we all knew what was coming but they didn't.

Be careful on that antibiotics thing. Antibiotics are not a prevention device. They attack viruses already in the system. You take them after you contract a malady.

What they *do* do is wipe out all little infectors in your body, even the good bacteria that lives in the old intestinal track, which you need to help keep you healthy, especially now at the beginning of flu season. Antibiotics are not choosy that way. If you take them when nothing is wrong, you can compromise the bacteria in your system that helps you fight off infections as well.

You really don't want to weaken your immune system, doll. I understand it helps you to feel better to do this but please err on the side of caution because I love you and want you around for a very long time.
