Dale is obviously horrible to work with, but I kind of like him. He reminds me of myself when I was younger and had a chip on my shoulder and a lot to prove. (I like Lisa too for the same reason.) Plus his food looks delicious.
Stephanie and Richard were so adorable in the wedding episode. Aww!
