I think that the demands to Say Something have mostly been aimed at people who are actually in the book-SFF fandom/publishing community and might actually have some influence in getting the people who have been behaving badly to behave better. I have seen more general demands but I think that they risk the actual POC posters being buried under another destructive avalanche of well-intentioned white liberals trying to prove their cred.
