Dear Internet,

I'd like you all to come to my birthday party, but this weekend is such short notice that I'm taking the liberty of not turning 28 until Saturday, February 21st (if for no other reason than qowf will be here, and that's a damned good excuse to party).

That's Saturday, February 21st and you should all come. All of you. Spread the word, really, I mean it, really.

[ETA: killabeez pointed out that this is Escapade weekend, and I know a good number of you will be in beautiful neighboring Oxnard for the slumber party (I might try to make it there myself). So, really, hop a shuttle bus and we'll ALL party in Hollywood?]

Ack! Actually, I was confused about which weekend it was. There's a HL convention in LA the weekend after Escapade, and I was thinking the 21st was that weekend. Anyway. Okay, I definitely won't be able to make the party then. Come up and see us in Oxnard?

OK, I'm not working that Saturday, I got my cohort in slash, Stephany, to come and spend the day with me in L.A.. So when should we meet? Do you have a time set yet?

Steph and myself will spend the night at the hotel you mentioned, but I haven't researched this part yet.
