Mar. 30th, 2003 04:04 pmMy Advil Cold & Flu is wearing off, so perhaps more tea. G's watching "About a Boy" and I'm trying to figure out how I could possibly generate this much snot.
But anyway it's Sunday and maybe
runpunkrun will show up and she'll be done with her Ephrams and we'll write something. Because that's certainly more productive than working on the screenplay. Puuuuunnnkkkk!
furies, I made an icon for you, it's over at the, ahem, gallery, which is to say here. Anyway, it's the one with the rain.
All this creative energy and nowhere to put it. But I'm SICK, damn it. I'm excused. I need juice. O is coming over tonight, so's I get money.
I'm reading this book. The Apprentice Lover. Which is just the wonkiest title, but the book's excellent. And what's more, it's actually a good title for the book, since the dude's an apprentice, and a lover, and a lover of apprentices, and an apprentice lover. But it's still a wonky neo-Victorian title for a Vietnam-era American fellow. Of course, it's set in Capri. And his name's Alex but they insist on calling him Lorenzo. Because apparently, in Capri, they're like that.
I can call you Betty and you can call me Lorenzo, and I'll probably make some more icons now.
I do love Hugh Grant.
