HEE! Dude, Weir rocks like whoa...I ramble about this at length in my journal, but I really think that people don't see her because she is really really really not a traditional leader. She's very much a non-military leader, she's a non-hierarchical leader, and I really think that people don't know what to make of her. They sort of automatically say that she's a bad leader, when in reality she's leading by negotiating (which is her specialty anyways), which I think is awesome.
