I/O psych is the study of interpersonal relationships in the workplace, I think? They do a lot of factor analysis, survey design, that kind of thing. The only I/O psych guy I knew was a great guy, fun to be around and actually a huge Doctor Who fan before the new series even got started ;) I was an intern at ETS with him in '04.
