I'm shooting for midday tomorrow (my time, for svv of "midday," natch) to get it off to MY MARVELOUS BETA WHO SHALL REMAIN NAMELESS UNTIL THE REVEAL and make her fix me. And what's more? I like this story. I do, I do. I hope my remixee likes it too, I do, I do, I do.

Also, the folks who came by the remix chat the past few days have been such a blessing, and I'll tell ya, it makes plot-figure-outing so much better with a captive audience to lob non-spoiler-specific questions at.
