Remix time! Post ver. 1.

So I got the same story remixed for both remixthedrabble and remixredux08, and they are each, independently, totally awesome. I'm fully planning a longer post that looks at them both in even more detail and how they totally illustrate the great art of the remix! But until then:

Savile Row (The Glass Menagerie Remix) came for me in remixredux08.

Threads (The Backstitch in Time Remix) came by way of remixthedrabble

Are both remixes of my short little Doctor Who ficlet Savile Row.

They're Doctor Who, the Doctor and Martha, and I actually think both the remixes are even MORE impressive if you read the original first (do it! Not just because I'm self-pimping but mostly because it shows what amazing, clever, remarkable twists both my remixers provided...) and are just. This is how remix works. Once again, Awesome Lottery? Winner: ME.

So ALSO. I wrote two remixes this year; guess 'em and you get a ficlet in the corresponding fandom JUST FOR YOU. One I think is fairly obvious, and the other -- heh, well, *I* think it sounds like me...
