I've only seen the first 4 or 5 episodes with One and Susan (with the fire and cavemen and Barbara and Ian (OTP, obvs)), but one of the reasons the teachers suspect there's something wrong with her is that she keeps getting confused in History class and mixing up things that haven't happened yet. "I forgot you still use the metric system," etc., but I don't know if she's actually a Time Lord.
