While I was digging through old LJ posts finding ones to transfer over to my blog, I learned that EVERY GOOD STORY I've EVER WRITTEN happened in '04. Go read them and love on them? [everything good I've ever written (in 2004)]

Man, how was I so good in '04; I haven't written anything nearly as good since. /getting ollllld

Quite possible that more artifacts from history will follow.

Sometimes I am terrified that what happened to me in the fall of 2006 will never happen again. I posted stories on September 21, September 24, October 5, October 25, November 1, November 4, November 14, November 25, and December 14. I wrote 46,300 words, and they were almost all good, and the whole thing is probably the best argument ever for me being slightly bipolar except I've never had a three month period like that since then. Writing is a beautiful curse, I think.

I have faith, however, that other people will begin to write great stuff again. Just not me.
