goddamn kittens

sabI have this kitten problem. They are IRRESISTIBLE. And it's embarrassing. I'm just. I'm not one of those people. With the cutesy ducks and furry things and whatever, dude. But KITTENS. I try to resist. But they're IRRESISTIBLE. I have a problem.
My mother sent me a kitten card. It's yawning. I keep meowing at it. Meow! I can't believe it myself. I'm hiding in my room, full of embarrassment.
To my credit, nothing but kittens evoke this kind of response from me. Does that make it better?
Can I overcome this character flaw? STUPID KITTENS STUPID SO HARD TO RESIST SO DAMNED CUTE! They're cruel. It's not fair. I need to do, like, total kitten overload so as to desensitize myself.
In that spirit, a picture, (from an e-mail forward, no less, I am DOOMED I tell you DOOMED), for you all to share. It's like a daily kitten affirmation.
Stupid kittens! I love you and your furriness and your tiny feet and face! And your face and tiny shoulders! Kittens are SO CUTE! GRRRR~!
ETA: G was right, so now I have a kitten icon and, yeah. I need a whole new twelve step for this.

So if you're holding on to other highly embarrassing examples of furry cuteness, you've got full permission to share without feeling too much like an idiot. At least, you're only as big an idiot as I am. Then again, I am a HUGE KITTEN IDIOT! But still. If you've got kittens, please share them.

Hell, I have recent pics that would do (although not up on any site). That cat is so goddamn photogenic that I keep taking pics even when my brain tells me "no, we already have FIVE MILLIION PICTURES of the damn cat."
Sam is much less photogenic, because if he closes his eyes then all his features blend together and he's just The Shadow, creeping around. There has to be some kind of method for fixing that. Hrm.
