Mar. 26th, 2004 03:36 pmSo I made this icon, and then I wrote this tutorial on how it happened.
Upon reflection, I think I may have added too much cyan.
But on the other hand, it was enough of a reward to inspire me to do a good portion of my taxes. Also, finding a shrink. Preferably a free one.

Date: 2004-03-26 06:08 pm (UTC)I chug along with Paint Shop Pro and learn something new most every time I try to use it. I've never been artistic but I've always wanted to mess with words and pictures. I made a zillion collages that looked like ransom notes had mated with 16 magazine, back in the day. Thus, my pash for icons.
Maybe icon making is therapy? Cheaper than a shrink. Having no health insurance, I can just make do with warez and LJ, I think. I get by with a little help from my friends.

Date: 2004-03-27 10:30 am (UTC)Took this quiz...which can supposedly determine your gender from your writing style. It said I was probably male, which is right...but I notice that I'm almost equally male and female. It would make sense, because I'm bisexual and not exactly the typical crotch-scratching, insensitive male.
I expanded it to analyze my writings. Turns out that most of my non-fiction ends up the same way...slightly more male than female...but upon analyzing my fiction, the program claims that I'm female.
