I took this twice, just to make sure. Alas:

The Dante's Inferno Test has banished you to the Ninth Level of Hell - Cocytus!
Here is how you matched up against all the levels:
LevelScore
Purgatory (Repenting Believers)Very Low
Level 1 - Limbo (Virtuous Non-Believers)Very Low
Level 2 (Lustful)Very High
Level 3 (Gluttonous)High
Level 4 (Prodigal and Avaricious)High
Level 5 (Wrathful and Gloomy)High
Level 6 - The City of Dis (Heretics)High
Level 7 (Violent)Very High
Level 8- the Malebolge (Fraudulent, Malicious, Panderers)Extreme
Level 9 - Cocytus (Treacherous)Extreme

Take the Dante's Divine Comedy Inferno Test

This is the deepest level of hell, where the fallen angel Satan himself resides. His wings flap eternally, producing chilling cold winds that freeze the thick ice found in Cocytus. The three faces of Satan, black, red, and yellow, can be seen with mouths gushing bloody foam and eyes forever weeping, as they chew on the three traitors, Judas, Brutus, and Cassius. This place is furthest removed from the source of all light and warmth. Sinners here are frozen deep in the ice, faces out, eyes and mouths frozen shut. Traitors against God, country, family, and benefactors lament their sins in this frigid pit of despair.

sigh. It's so bad here!

Okay. No secret, I've got a deep and abiding love for the movie Cube. In the trying times, I pop in my bastard taped-off-SFC Cube tape and feel eons better.

Now, thanks to NetFlix, I can safely say that Cube 2: Hypercube is just exactly as good as its cheapo B-movie predecessor.

Which is to say that it's just slightly better than Cube 1, because if it were only exactly as good, it would be worse, because it's a sequel. Everything is just slightly more twisted, slightly more satisfying, slightly better explained, a perfect sequel.

No booby traps this time, but we've got variable time-speed rooms, military-industrial conspiracy, and a tesseract. We get to see outside the Cube, just a little, just enough to make Cube 2 exactly as good as Cube 1. If you see what I'm saying.

Anyway, I have to watch it again now, and dub it before it goes back to NetFlix. More on this Cube as it unfolds.

Mmmm, Cube 2, Cuuuubbbe TWOOOOOO!
