No," she said, "the CDC issued a memo to all hospitals and medical facilities after 9-11 saying we can't prescribe those drugs, they're hoarding them in case of a biological attack. But," she said, "don't worry. biological warfare's very difficult. Making a virus into a weapon is very difficult."
