My assignments are fairly awesome. My

3_ships assignment is the sort where I want to write, like, ALL of my person's requests, so, rock the fuck on.

My

yuletide assignment is ~~problematic~~ challenging in that I actually only know one of the fandoms requested, and the characters requested are pretty obscure within that fandom. However! I see this as an opportunity to rent some new and slashy movies, and then write the hell out of 'em. Woo! Go team me!

In further ambitious news, today was Day 1 of my Writer's Boot Camp class. I'm writing a pilot in 6 weeks. It will ROCK HARD. (She says, now, all bright-eyed and stupid) I have to write, among other things, NINETY SCENES by Monday. Or, really, by THURSDAY, if I want them ready for the online "office hours" virtual class Thurs. night.

But fret not, soldiers. All this means is it's back to back writing for the next six weeks, and there's nothing wrong with that, no, not at all. Because

runpunkrun and I have 60k (so far!) of sexy SGA fun that needs to be finished, and aside from that I have a WHOLE NOTHER (I'm a card-carrying member of the "make 'nother' a word!" club) SGA thingy that's full of drahhhhma and porn that wants finishing, and I'll betcha I get 'em ALL done in the next six weeks.

Thank god I'm collecting unemployment. I'll need to find another, like, hundred bucks a week on top of my unemployment to get through the next six weeks, but I figure I can make that up freelancing or being an extra.

And it could be worse; I could have signed up for NaNoWriMo.

Oh. ALSO. I have a car for the next two days. Which is splendid splendid.
