This year's Survivor is GOOD; I can't be the only one watching it. (The less said about this year's Amazing Race, though, the better.)

I've watched a little but you know the way I like Amber and you hate her? Well Stephenie is extremely hot but she acts so entitled and ungracious that I am over her and love Danni instead.

But as long as Judd and Jamie don't win it's all good. I think Stephenie is pretty safe for a while and I think Danni is out of there soon.

Yes. Everyone would be happy if Rafe won. Rafe is awesome. Maybe we'll get lucky! But I just don't think he's MEAN enough to make it to the end with Jamie. Which would ensure a Rafeish victory.

The thing is I remember Jeff saying it could be used any time except the Final Four. And I remember Steph muttering to Judd that with the extra idol he's practically guaranteed a spot in the final four. Dammit!

But it would be BORING if it were sticky.

I am curious to see whether old Yaxha solidifies now that Bobby Jon is gone. Because only Judd and Skinny-Ass are left from the old Nakum, and Gary could conceivably try and orchestrate a switch. Let us hope that no one LISTENS.

I'm not sure who I want to win yet, but I hope someone does something to upset the current alliance, or the last few eps will be boring as heck. And I wish to heck CBS hadn't ruined last week's tribal council with their spoilery promos. Jerks.

Also, once we get rid of Danni and Gary it will get interesting again, and since I'm not invested in either one of them, I'm happy to sit through the next two eps till we get down to TEAM SIX.

At which point we will almost certainly lose Lydia and Cindy, because if Judd and Steph are smart they'll want to go up against Jamie in the final. As that should ensure a decent Survivorish shoo-in.

Of course, they have, on many occasions, proven me way wrong. But my predictions are as follows, in order of voted-offness: Danni tonight, Gary next week, then Cindy, then Lydia, leaving Rafe, Steph, Judd and Jamie for the final four, as was the seed for their alliance. Then probably poor Rafe will go, because he's too nice and thus a threat in the final. Then Judd and Jamie team up and vote out Steph. And Judd wins.

(Yay Judd! Damn you for killing Steph!)

BUT, of course, if Gary can use his idol again (I sort of missed the logistics on that thing), then it's a whole new ballgame. Steph needs to do some fancy footwork if she wants in the final four, which will entail voting off Judd, which makes me VERY SAD (as Gary is TALL and a LIAR and BORING, where Judd is SPASTIC and a NEW YORKER and can't shut UP and I love him). They could do an old Yaxha thing, and end with Gary, Steph, Rafe and Lydia in the final four, but not keeping Jamie around till the end is DUMB and I don't think they're that dumb. But, again, who the hell knows? *g*

They never really explained the idol, but it doesn't make sense as anything but a one-time "get out of getting voted out" thing. Otherwise, Gary would be in the final two, and that's no fun. OTOH, he could conceivably win immunity, too, so he could end up there, anyway. But... feh, an ex-NFL quarterback? I'll scream if he wins the million bucks. That would suck *so* hard.

I'd like to see Danni get voted out. I'm afraid she'll starve to death before the end.

Judd... *sigh* I wish I liked him, but he reminds me of all those awful tubby, loudmouthed TV husbands who make me want to spork myself.

Jamie needs a shrink, stat. The guy's got serious issues. I don't relish the idea of seeing him in the final two because I'd rather not deal with his annoying yapping for another, what, 6 eps?

Jamie and Bobby Jon are BOTH crackerdog. Remember how in Palau Bobby Jon was always, like, putting warpaint on and eating bugs? And Steph commented then that he'd gone all jungle and cracked up? Jamie is following that selfsame path. It could be proximity to Steph that does it.

(I have a secret theory that Jamie and Bobby Jon's rivalry ahs to do with the fact that Jamie's her boytoy this season, and BJ was last season. But truthfully I respect Steph more than that.)

Not on your flist, but watching. I go back and forth on whether or not I like Steph. Her whole "Why does everyone but me suck?" thing gets a little grating, although she often has a point. I'm mostly rooting for Rafe or Lydia.
