sabI had plans to ring in the new year with le petit choucroute down Long Beach way, but the new parents and new grandparents are zonked and wrist-deep in vomit, and up here it's raining heavy hard diagonal rain that cut through my window and woke me up to a wet, silty bedroom floor, and I don't want to walk to the train, and they don't want to drive, and I've got a threesome story that ain't gonna finish itself. I hemmed and hawed and they hemmed and hawed until we realized we BOTH wanted to resked for tomorrow, symbolic New Year's Eve be damned! and so we did.
And so I'm settling in with a ten-cup capacity pot of coffee and eight hours of '05 (PAC time) in which to finish this sex. If I exceed expectation, I've got the scene in my pilot where my DC makes a thunderous and inspiring speech about space exploration that I get to write.
