THANK you for volunteering for My Sad Science! Tell me, did they both make you cry? One more than the other? Can you isolate why? The Jenn Lindsay track is kind of obvious...the other one, I think has a lot to do with the fact that his name is Warren?

She feels like a bride watching the birches burn, but she knows she's not. The fire's gone out on her marriage, but she knows it was once there, and (this is the crying part) that's enough for her.

I think her husband's pretty lucky, even if he's at the moment too stupid to notice. And when he wakes up cold, maybe she'll warm him up.

As far as the other one...it was the eating saltines that got me. I mean, isn't that what you would do if the world came to an end?
