I just went over to MY recipient's LJ and read a very helpful "dear Author" post, AND was happy to see it there, so here I go, doing the same for you.

Mostly, do whatever you want, because if you signed up for these fandoms I assume you LIKE these fandoms, and have some awesome things you've always wanted to write IN these fandoms. Or, you know, not. But either way, how awesome are YOU for matching up on one of these fandoms? You are THIS awesome (holds arms spread wide)!

So -- I requested thirtysomething, Love & Rockets, the Betsy-Tacy series, and Green Wing.

First -- Green Wing; mostly I love Sue White. I requested threesomes and foursomes and moresomes, and you should feel free to make this as absurd as possible. Multiple awkward ambisexuality encouraged, and wacky antics also awesome. And I love Guy, because he's an arrogant fuck, so please enjoy making him as arrogant and fucky as you see fit. Also he is clearly in love with Mac.

thirtysomething -- seriously, whoever your favorites are, whatever your favorite dynamic is, go to town. You can slash or het or gen or epic adventure or Apocalypse in Philadelphia or whatever. Iffen you had some liquid income and missed this series so much you want to own it AGAIN. I know *I* do.

Betsy-Tacy -- All I'd recommend is, you know, try and mimic that turn-of-the-century feel? High school era's best, but post-series Betsy/Joe, or, like, post-series pining lesbian Tacy, all fine by me. Or, anything you want.

Love & Rockets -- if you're doing this fandom, you probably already know what I like. And may or may not be mandysbitch. Hopey! Maggie! Estranged! Together! Hopey pining while Maggie's being all heterosexual and Mexican! Maggie being a prostitute! Hopey and Maggie in an old-age home together! Sex, drugs, rock and roll, feel free to bring it on.
