two LJ questions

sab1. Is there any way to browse only comments I've left in other journals and comms? Which is to say, I want to find a particular thing from about two years ago that got posted to an LJ comm; I know I commented on the entry so it would be much easier for me to browse my comments than to browse the entire LJ... yes? No?
2. If I use certain tags only on private/flocked posts, will those TAGS be visible in my tag cloud to people not on the filters that see the posts with those tags?
