Date: 2002-11-01 01:52 pm (UTC)Caffeine. Not an old wives tale. It works. Drink or ingest caffeine. Excedrin does this well because it contains CAFFEINE. You don't have to buy the Migrane kind either.
Also, very hot to very cold shower. You want to constrict the capilaries in the head. Hot opens them wide and then cold makes them clench tight.
That's what you want.
