Fill up the sink or a bucket with ice cold water and dunk your head in it. Seriously. I have a male friend who swears by it for the worst migraines, and it does make sense, since it would shrink up all the blood vessels in your head. Only as a last resort, of course, but it sounds like you're there. :(

Lavender aromatherapy. Cold washcloth across forehead while lying down in darkened room and breathing in lavender scent.

Hm. I posted, it didn't come through.

Caffeine. Not an old wives tale. It works. Drink or ingest caffeine. Excedrin does this well because it contains CAFFEINE. You don't have to buy the Migrane kind either.

Also, very hot to very cold shower. You want to constrict the capilaries in the head. Hot opens them wide and then cold makes them clench tight.

That's what you want.

Excedrin Migraine has worked for me. (All it is is aspirin, acetominophin, and caffeine, though. So.)
