Any old wives' migraine remedies out there? two vicodin and four advil later I'm ready to try anything. OW FUCK ME OW.

Fill up the sink or a bucket with ice cold water and dunk your head in it. Seriously. I have a male friend who swears by it for the worst migraines, and it does make sense, since it would shrink up all the blood vessels in your head. Only as a last resort, of course, but it sounds like you're there. :(
